We aim to make our cancellation process as transparent and straightforward as possible:
How to Cancel
- Log into your dashboard
- Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
You can also email support@coresystems.ai to request cancellation.
What Happens When You Cancel
Service Access
- Service continues until the end of your billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- Data remains accessible during this period
Data Retention
- Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can export your data during this period
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
Refund Policy
- Monthly plans: No prorated refunds
- Annual plans: Prorated refunds available
- Enterprise plans: As per contract terms
Reactivating Your Account
If you decide to return:
- Reactivate within 30 days to restore your data
- Previous settings and configurations preserved
- Choose any available plan upon reactivation
Enterprise Customers
Enterprise customers should refer to their service agreement for specific cancellation terms or contact their account manager directly.
